Payments are made by personal or cashier's check, paid in US dollars. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for a cancellation. We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect against financial loss due to certain cancellations and other trip interruptions. Our recommended travel consultant can assist you in securing appropriate travel insurance or you can identify and purchase travel insurance online at www.insuremytrip.com. Travel LogisticsWe meet our travelers at 2:30pm on Saturday at the Avignon TGV station or the Marseille airport. Our travelers normally fly into Paris and take the high-speed TGV train to Avignon or fly to Marseille from Paris or another European gateway. We strongly recommend arriving at least one day before our week begins. Some travelers begin their trip to Provence with several days in Paris. You may also want to overnight in Avignon or near the Marseille Airport on Friday (perhaps in the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence). This will help you acclimate to the time change and enable you to best enjoy The Luberon Experience.
